Peer-to-Peer Accountability Enforcement/mechanism/CR

Crowdsourced Ratings (CR) means that other users are the ultimate source of ratings for any given user. Ratings will not be based, for example, on site admin judgment or algorithmic evaluation based on keywords or even the reactions of other users. Algorithms are involved only in the calculation of final results from ratings; the ratings themselves are solely from the userbase.
